Female Foundry Launches Visionaries AI Incubator with Google Cloud
Female Foundry has partnered with Google Cloud to launch the Visionaries AI Incubator to empower European female entrepreneurs. The Female Foundry Visionaries AI Incubator aims to accelerate growth opportunities for innovative women-led startups integrating AI into their products and services. The incubator addresses the gender gap in the European venture ecosystem, as highlighted in Female Foundry's recent report, State of Gender Diversity in European Venture 2024.
Applications are encouraged from women-led startups whose work fits in one of the following categories: the future of software, work, earth, finance, and health. Up to eight selected Pre-Seed to Series A stage startups will participate in the incubator's six-week program offering insights on leveraging AI, hands-on tech development guidance, and access to leading AI thinkers.
James Lee, General Manager of Startups and AI at Google Cloud, emphasizes the company's commitment to equipping promising female entrepreneurs with essential resources tailored to their startups' needs. Female Foundry founder Agata Nowicka highlighted that the incubator is a unique opportunity for European female entrepreneurs to access state-of-the-art technology and obtain first-hand advice from other industry leaders.
The first cohort includes seven startups innovating across various industries, from healthcare to logistics. Applications for Cohort II, taking place during Q4 2024 on a date to be set, are now open.
