CXMT reported third-quarter revenue of RMB 118.71 billion, more than seven times the year-earlier level, as both sales volumes and prices rose. Revenue increased 613.18% year over year in the company’s third-quarter report, while sequential growth slowed to about 19.3% from 95.9% in the second quarter.

Net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 54.43 billion for the July-to-September period, about 3.01% above the previous quarter. Total net profit was about RMB 88.98 billion.

CXMT attributed the revenue increase to growth in global computing demand, tighter supply as major manufacturers allocated capacity, and its own capacity expansion and product-mix changes. The company said those factors lifted both sales volumes and average selling prices.

In an October 17 earnings forecast, CXMT said rapid growth in artificial-intelligence computing demand since the second half of 2025 had contributed to undersupply and higher prices for DRAM, the working memory used in servers and other computers.

Revenue for the first nine months of 2026 reached RMB 269.02 billion, up 738.51% from the same period a year earlier. The third-quarter financial statements were unaudited.
