Generative-media inference company fal announced its Series E and Series F at the same time. The company said the capital will expand the computing capacity and team needed to run image, video and audio models at production scale.

fal did not disclose the size or valuation of either round. Two reports put the Series F financing at $1.3 billion and the company’s valuation at $16 billion, but those terms could not be independently verified against the official announcements reviewed by DataPhoenix.

fal said its Series E closed earlier in 2026 and was led by Sequoia Capital. Bessemer Venture Partners led Series F, according to the company, while NVIDIA continued investing. Bessemer separately confirmed that it led the Series F, without stating the amount or valuation.

The financing is intended to add inference capacity—the computing infrastructure that runs trained models to produce outputs for users. fal said production image, video and audio workloads require enough capacity to operate at scale, along with a team to build the next parts of its platform and ecosystem.

The company said its customers use image, video and audio models in production. DataPhoenix’s earlier coverage of fal’s FLUX 3 Max video model launch provides product context for one of those workload categories.

fal said the rounds will support work across its ecosystem in 2027. Bessemer said it first invested in fal’s Series B two years ago and backed every round since.
