Lovable, the Swedish vibe-coding startup, is reportedly in talks to raise about $300 million in a round that would value it at $13.2 billion, roughly double the $6.6 billion valuation it reached in December 2025. The talks were still ongoing at the time of reporting, and terms could change.

The reported round would rank Lovable among Europe’s most valuable AI startups less than a year after its previous raise, a sign of how fast investor appetite for AI coding tools is moving. Menlo Ventures, which closed a new $3 billion fund last month, is said to be leading the deal.

Lovable’s annualized revenue run rate reportedly reached $500 million in June, climbing as companies adopt tools that turn plain-language prompts into working software. Its enterprise customers reportedly include Workday, Asana and Nvidia.

Neither Lovable nor Menlo Ventures has confirmed the talks, and the figures come from people familiar with the negotiations rather than the companies. A run-rate figure annualizes recent monthly sales and is not the same as booked annual revenue, so the $500 million marker may overstate full-year results.

If the round closes at $13.2 billion, it would test whether the surge in vibe-coding valuations can outrun the churn risk that dogs consumer-facing AI subscriptions.
