NVIDIA expanded its Isaac robotics platform by adding a runtime framework, an updated robot-learning environment, simulation assets and datasets. Availability varies across the expanded stack: developers can use Isaac Lab 3.0 and SimReady Central now, while the Agile ONE SN humanoid remains scheduled for early 2027 and several integrations are still under development.

Isaac Lab 3.0 is generally available as an open-source release. SimReady Central is also available free and without gated access on Hugging Face, with more than 2,000 simulation-ready OpenUSD assets for robotics and AI-factory development, according to NVIDIA. The Agile ONE SN humanoid, by contrast, is planned for the beginning of 2027.

Isaac OS is an open-source runtime framework built on Holoscan. NVIDIA says it connects AI models, sensors, controls and robot hardware across simulation and physical deployment. The announcement did not establish a version number, an exact download location or a current installation path for the runtime.

The Isaac Lab 3.0 release provides one task API across multiple physics, rendering and visualization backends. It can run without NVIDIA’s Kit application framework when using Newton and OV library backends. Isaac Sim remains an optional route for PhysX, RTX, ROS, XR and Kit workflows.

NVIDIA also said it is releasing three open-source DGX Station reference workflows: reinforcement learning with GR00T 1.7, dexterous-manipulation training with Isaac Lab, and post-training of Cosmos world models for synthetic-data generation using ChatGPT Astra. The reviewed materials did not identify the individual repositories or release tags.

The SimReady Central library packages 3D assets for simulation. NVIDIA says a separate Human 1M Dataset includes synchronized video from three views, varied human activities and 3D hand tracking. The dataset is hosted on Hugging Face, though full access is limited to Cosmos Coalition partners.

The Agile ONE SN reference platform is a 1.4-meter humanoid powered by Jetson Thor and preconfigured with Isaac GR00T. NVIDIA lists a weight of 40 kilograms, 31 body degrees of freedom, five-finger hands and payload capacity of up to 3 kilograms per arm.

NVIDIA described other partner work as being integrated, developed, evaluated or supported in the future, rather than as completed general availability. Halos integration for Agile ONE SN is not current either: NVIDIA called it planned.
