Observe.AI signs multi-year AWS deal to sell its contact-center AI agents
Observe.AI signed a multi-year collaboration with AWS to list its Agentic CX Platform on AWS Marketplace for regulated contact-center deployments.
Observe.AI signed a multi-year strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services to sell its Agentic CX Platform through AWS Marketplace, the company said on July 22.
The agreement puts Observe.AI’s platform, a set of AI agents for customer-experience and contact-center work, in the AWS software store. Listing there lets AWS customers apply existing cloud spending commitments toward the purchase, a mechanic that often speeds enterprise buying because the spend already fits committed budgets.
Observe.AI said the collaboration targets large-scale, regulated contact-center environments, where compliance requirements have slowed adoption of AI agents that handle live customer calls. It cited food-delivery company DoorDash as an existing customer.
The deal is a distribution play more than a technology one. For Observe.AI, an AWS Marketplace listing and a multi-year agreement widen access to enterprise buyers already standardized on Amazon’s cloud; for AWS, it adds a customer-experience agent option to a marketplace it is building out with AI vendors.
Terms such as revenue splits and any committed spending were not disclosed. Whether the listing translates into named enterprise deployments beyond DoorDash, and how quickly regulated contact centers move live calls onto AI agents, will indicate whether the collaboration produces adoption rather than just availability.
