Tomorrow Together is taking its AI-policy advertising into the Ohio and Kansas Senate races, Semafor reported exclusively, with a stated $2.5 million campaign opposing Republican Sens. Jon Husted and Roger Marshall. The move brings the Democratic PAC’s campaign over AI regulation and data-center development into statewide federal contests after an earlier push in House races.

A fresh listing derived from Federal Election Commission 24-hour notices shows Tomorrow Together reporting $1.5 million in independent expenditures opposing Husted in Ohio. The listing labels the notice provisional and subject to amendment. No corresponding fresh Tomorrow Together notice against Marshall was located in the records reviewed, leaving the Kansas share unverified. A $1 million Kansas figure would be an arithmetic inference from the stated total, not an independently confirmed allocation.

The ads described in the exclusive connect Husted and Marshall to data-center development and its effects on land, water, noise and jobs. A separate ad targets former Trump AI adviser David Sacks and his influence with the two incumbents.

Semafor identified Tomorrow Together as an AI-focused Democratic PAC founded by former Biden White House official Rob Flaherty and former Bernie Sanders spokesman Karthik Ganapathy. Ganapathy said the group is focused on building political support for AI regulation and increasing voters’ trust in Democrats on AI issues.

The Senate buy follows $4 million in House-race spending that Tomorrow Together previously announced across Wisconsin, Arizona, Pennsylvania and Michigan, according to the exclusive.

The FEC lists Tomorrow Together, committee ID C00958603, as an active, unauthorized quarterly hybrid PAC with a non-contribution account registered Aug. 12, 2026. Its committee summary for July 1 through Sept. 30 reports $42,500 in independent expenditures, but the agency says that figure excludes spending disclosed through 24- and 48-hour reports.
