Loop, an AI platform for logistics and supply chains, has raised $95 million in Series C funding led by Valor Equity Partners and the Valor Atreides AI Fund. Participants include 8VC, Founders Fund, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, and Tao Capital Partners.

The company addresses a critical challenge in supply chain management: fragmented, inaccessible data trapped across disconnected enterprise systems. Loop's verticalized AI approach focuses on back-office operations, structuring scattered operational and financial data into a unified intelligence layer that enables better decision-making and working capital management.

At the platform's core is DUX, a family of models and agents specifically built for logistics complexities. DUX ingests, standardizes, and contextualizes data across documents and systems including ERP, TMS, WMS, and order-management platforms, providing customers with comprehensive visibility across their supply chains.

"This investment lets us expand our platform and connect the financial and operational data that our customers need to make better decisions, faster," said CEO and co-founder Matt McKinney.

Loop currently serves brands including Outset Medical, Clemens Food Group, Olipop, and Kendra Scott. The funding will support team expansion, broader use case development across logistics and finance, and scaling the platform's capabilities as supply chains navigate tariffs, supplier diversification, and volatile operating conditions.
