Circleback launches free plan with unlimited meeting transcription
Circleback's permanent free plan supports unlimited online and in-person meetings with AI notes and speaker-labeled transcripts, but retains meeting and recording history for only 30 days.
Circleback has launched a permanent free plan for its AI meeting assistant, offering AI notes and action items for unlimited online and in-person meetings while limiting meeting and recording history to 30 days.
In an August 31 plan announcement, Circleback said the free tier is not a trial. The company’s pricing page lists it alongside Pro, Business and Enterprise plans.
The free plan also includes speaker-labeled transcripts, Ask Circleback, email viewing and drafting, mobile and Apple Watch apps, and automatic tagging and sharing. Circleback lists API, command-line interface and Model Context Protocol access as well, along with a limited set of automations.
DataPhoenix has separately covered Google’s Gemini Enterprise offering for legal teams. That report provides context on another workflow-focused AI product and is not evidence for Circleback’s product claims.
Circleback says the paid Pro tier adds unlimited meeting history, one year of recording storage, custom AI insights and automations across all integrations, including Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio and webhooks.
