Manus is reportedly in talks to raise about $500 million at a valuation of roughly $4 billion, according to people familiar with the discussions. The financing has not closed, and discussions with prospective investors are ongoing.

That target would value Manus at eight times the $500 million valuation reported for its $75 million Series B in May 2025. The company previously said it had raised $75 million before launch in a Benchmark-led round, with Benchmark general partner Chetan Puttagunta joining its board. The opened reporting does not specify whether the $4 billion figure is a pre-money or post-money valuation.

The talks follow Manus’s formal resumption of independent operations. The company said its founding team would continue to lead it. That operational change provides the backdrop for the reported financing. The reporting identified IDG Capital and Boyu Capital as prospective investors in discussions with Manus, but neither firm has been announced as a participant. Manus has not publicly confirmed the round, and the opened sources include no term sheet, securities filing or investor statement establishing the final size, valuation, ownership terms or closing date.
