Oracle brings Google's Gemini models to Fusion Applications and NetSuite

Oracle and Google Cloud will bring Google’s Gemini models into Oracle’s enterprise applications, giving users of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and NetSuite a Google-model option, the two companies announced on July 30, 2026.

Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite and Gemini 3.5 Flash will be available first inside Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications, with plans to embed the models across Fusion Cloud Applications and NetSuite, Oracle said. NetSuite alone serves more than 44,000 customers in 220 countries and territories.

The deal extends an existing arrangement that already offered Gemini through Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Enterprise AI, and it fits a broader pattern of enterprise vendors offering customers a menu of AI models rather than a single house system. Oracle framed the move around choice, letting customers pick a model per use case alongside Oracle’s own AI stack.

Google Cloud Vice President Satish Thomas said organizations “trust Google Cloud’s full AI stack to power critical enterprise workflows and agents.” Kevin Ichhpurani, president of Google’s global partner ecosystem, said the deal lets enterprises apply “cost-efficient AI directly where business decisions happen.”

Investors liked it: Oracle shares rose as much as 8% on the news.

For all the framing about choice, the practical effect is distribution. Google gains a path to tens of thousands of Oracle customers without those firms leaving Oracle’s applications, and Oracle can market frontier models it does not have to build. Terms of any revenue split were not disclosed.
