Schneider Electric raises 2026 targets as data-center demand stays high
Schneider Electric raised its 2026 organic growth targets after posting €11.46 billion in third-quarter revenue. Management said data-center demand was providing increasing visibility into 2027 and 2028.
Schneider Electric raised its 2026 financial targets after reporting €11.46 billion in third-quarter revenue. It now expects adjusted EBITA to grow 18% to 21% organically, up from its previous range of 14% to 19%.
For the full year, Schneider also raised its organic revenue growth target to 12% to 14% from 10% to 13%. Third-quarter revenue rose 16.9% on an organic basis.
Chief Executive Olivier Blum called data centers a key growth driver. He said demand in the segment grew at a triple-digit rate during the quarter as Schneider executed its backlog. The company also said demand across all four end markets supported another record order backlog at quarter-end. Those figures and characterizations are company statements, not an independent measure of market growth.
Blum said the quarter’s data-center demand gave Schneider increasing visibility into 2027 and 2028. That visibility is forward-looking and should not be read as revenue already realized or as a disclosed value of firm data-center orders.
Schneider attributed sustained data-center orders to continued demand from U.S. hyperscalers, while third-quarter growth was led by China and East Asia.
