Reclaim.ai is a smart scheduling assistant that helps users optimize their time by helping manage their calendars. Usually, keeping a calendar means users manually block time for daily habits, tasks, and meetings; sync personal and work calendars; and perform other scheduling related actions. Unfortunately, this is not always a reliable method, as it results in a rigid system prone to syncing errors and overbooking, and can lead users to spend time trying to fix and reschedule events that would be better invested in the actual scheduled tasks.

To address these issues, Reclaim.ai lets users configure which calendars they want to keep synced and the types of events for which they want scheduling assistance. For instance, upon onboarding Reclaim asks new users if they would like to set time aside for lunch. If they answer yes, Reclaim asks a series of questions, such as a range of hours including an ideal time for lunch, and the minimum duration of lunchtime. Then, based on the user's input, Reclaim tentatively schedules a lunch-dedicated time block, smartly moving it around when there is ample time availability and locking it in once the calendar starts filling up.

Another notable function is the Smart 1-on-1, where, rather than setting a recurring meeting with another person at a fixed time, users can share a link with the person they are meeting so they can both answer some questions that will enable Reclaim to schedule recurring meetings that accommodate both parties' preferences. By doing this, Reclaim frees users from constantly rescheduling or trying to squeeze in time for a 1-on-1, and finds time slots that should work for both parties without requiring the other person to share a whole calendar to achieve the desired goal.

Reclaim.ai has ensured that it will continue developing its product under the Dropbox brand, which means that existing users will see new updates and features without any change in pricing—Reclaim offers a free tier for basic use, an $8 monthly subscription per user for small teams and an Enterprise plan for $12 per seat per month. The company also stated that its 22-person team will transition to Dropbox. Moreover, Reclaim has immediate plans to complete its plan to support Outlook (it is currently available as a Google Calendar add-on only), migrate users to its new Smart Meetings and Habits 2.0 platform, and continue working towards launching the Reclaim Assistant and smart scheduling for one-off meetings.
