Automation Anywhere agrees to acquire Boost.ai
Automation Anywhere agreed to acquire Boost.ai from Nordic Capital, adding customer-facing conversational and voice AI to its automation platform.
Automation Anywhere has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Boost.ai from Nordic Capital. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions. The Oct. 7 announcement describes the deal as pending, not completed.
Automation Anywhere says the acquisition would extend its platform from employee-service automation, including capabilities added through its late-2025 Aisera acquisition, into customer-facing conversational and voice AI. That would take the platform beyond employee-support tools such as conversational AI service desks.
According to Automation Anywhere, the planned combination would connect requests made through voice, chat and other digital channels with reasoning, orchestration and execution across enterprise systems. People would continue to handle judgment calls and exceptions.
Automation Anywhere describes Boost.ai’s platform as a hybrid architecture combining natural-language understanding with generative and agentic AI. It says Boost.ai serves hundreds of customer organizations, is strongest in Europe and regulated sectors such as financial services, telecommunications and insurance, and supports more than 36 languages. The company also claims the platform has achieved resolution rates above 90% in production deployments. Those adoption and performance figures were not independently verified.
Boost.ai CEO Jerry Haywood said the combination would connect conversations, including voice interactions, directly to the systems and people who get the work done. Boost.ai also listed the transaction in its company announcements.
