Higgsfield extends Series B with TCV and Nvidia investment
Higgsfield brought TCV and Nvidia into its Series B through a financing extension, without disclosing its size, terms or updated valuation.
Higgsfield extended its Series B financing with new investment from TCV and Nvidia, bringing both companies into the round as new backers. Higgsfield did not disclose the extension’s dollar amount, either investor’s commitment, transaction terms or an updated valuation. The announcement also left unclear whether the extension had closed.
Higgsfield said it plans to use the additional financing for product development, global infrastructure, hiring and go-to-market expansion. The company describes its product as an AI-native platform for creating images and video for brands, agencies, studios and professional creators.
The extension follows a $400 million Series B announced in August, which Higgsfield said was led by DST Global and valued the company at $5.4 billion. Those figures apply to the August financing, not the new extension.
Higgsfield had already used Nvidia technology before Nvidia made the new investment. Higgsfield said its platform has used Nvidia processors spanning the L40 and A40 through the Hopper and Blackwell generations and is expanding to Vera Rubin infrastructure. An Nvidia case study also documents Higgsfield’s use of Blackwell systems, CUDA, NCCL and InfiniBand.
