This brings the company's total funding to $15 million, positioning it for accelerated global expansion and AI technology innovation.
According to SleekFlow, its flagship product is an AI-powered Omnichannel Conversation Suite. The SleekFlow platform centralizes several features that optimize and streamline marketing, sales, and customer support workflows. Notable among the platform's features is SeekFlow AI, which enables customers to train a conversational AI on their company's information, including products and services. Powered by GPT-4o, the SeekFlow AI lets users build a knowledge base for the AI to learn from, which is then applied to the generation of 1-click automated responses, a writing assistant customized to an organization's unique tone and style, and a message thread summarization assistant.
As a Meta Verified Partner and WhatsApp BSP Select Tier, SleekFlow includes Delonghi, Hilton Dubai, and Shangri-la in its customer roster. The funding will fuel SleekFlow's growth in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe while supporting advancements in AI-driven analytics and marketing workflows. The company plans to expand its offerings to include fully automated sales and support journeys across voice, calls, and emails. With the Conversational AI Market projected to reach $49.9 billion by 2030, SleekFlow aims to become the top customer engagement solution globally.
