Symbe is an AI-powered platform empowering sales teams to win more deals by automating the creation of personalized business cases. The company has raised £1.2 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Concept Ventures, with participation from Pact VC, Notion Capital, and a selection of angel investors through Nodes Ventures. The company was founded after co-founders Martin Blinder (CEO), Thomas Laurbjerg (CRO), and Xavier Wilders (CTO) discovered that custom business cases were an effective strategy for closing deals. However, business cases that skillfully combine metrics, modeling, and narrative to highlight the value of a purchase to specific customers, can be laborious and time-consuming to construct.

Symbe's AI-powered platform addresses these challenges by automating the production of personalized business cases by enabling sales teams to build "digital showrooms" that effectively showcase the value of their proposal to potential clients. To do this, the platform first uncovers customer needs and pain points and then assembles the business case in a way that highlights how the product or service will address those issues. Due to the collaborative nature of the platform, buyers looking for internal approval for their purchases can also leverage the business plans as a demonstration of the positive impact of their purchase.

Symbe already counts over 20 beta customers from several sectors, with additional organizations showing signs of interest or on track to being onboarded shortly. Overall, the team behind Symbe believes their solution has the potential to unlock substantial amounts of sales-based revenue for businesses in Europe and the US. With this in mind, the company plans to use the raised funding to expand its team, refine its capabilities, and expand Symbe's presence across several global markets.
