Clockwise announced Prism an AI-powered calendar that helps manage complex scheduling
Clockwise has announced Prism, a major update to its intelligent calendar platform. Prism is essentially an LLM-powered assistant that receives natural language-based prompts as input and transforms them into Clockwise's scheduling engine to optimize and simplify leveraging the Clockwise engine's capabilities.
Clockwise is not the only player in the smart scheduling field. Like Reclaim, the calendar solutions startup recently acquired by Dropbox, Clockwise's services are mostly thought out for enterprise settings, where managing full teams' in parallel with individual ones is imperative. However, many of its calendar management features are useful for individuals, and the service has a free tier excluding most of the meeting management capabilities. Paid plans start at $6.75 per user, monthly.
By using Prism's intuitive interface to leverage Clockwise's engine, users can be sure they can schedule urgent tasks regardless of how busy their day, or week, is. Prism can also assist users in finding the best time for 1:1 or team meetings regardless of how many people need to coordinate their schedules. Users can ask Prism to do things such as reschedule large blocks of time, leverage the Clockwise Slack integration, and provide Prism with their to-do lists so the assistant takes care of the scheduling. Prism is available to all Clockwise users, who only require a Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 email address to get started.
