Infinite Reality (iR), an industry-leading company working on AI and immersive technologies for digital media and e-commerce, has announced it secured a $350 million minority investment from a private multi-family office. The investment, which consists entirely of equity, has boosted iR's valuation to an impressive $5.1 billion; the company plans to leverage the funding to accelerate its growth immediately.

In a parallel move, iR has acquired Landvault, a specialist in immersive technology and digital twins, in a $450 million all-stock deal. This acquisition will integrate Landvault's expertise in creating high-fidelity virtual worlds for major brands and government organizations into iR's portfolio. Moreover, the investment and Landvault acquisition will support iR's journey to becoming an industry leader in spatial computing and AI-powered capabilities for audience engagement and monetization.

As a result of this deal, iR's total transaction value for the year reaches $800 million, as Landvault joins previous acquisitions like The Drone Racing League, Ethereal Engine, Action Face and Stakes. Moreover, existing employees and creative teams at Landvault will join the Infinite Reality team, and Landvault's operations in the Middle East will remain unchanged to support iR's global expansion and ensure the continuity of ongoing projects and client relationships. Landvault's founder, Sam Huber, will join iR as Global President of Enterprise and CEO of the MENA Region.

These strategic moves position Infinite Reality to lead in spatial computing and AI-powered capabilities for brand engagement and monetization as the company continues its strategy to go public in the US market, and brings the possibility for iR to grow in the European and Middle East markets.
